Here is one of our favorite smoothie recipes to protect your skin from sun damage and premature aging:
1 cup coconut milk or water
1 cup of chopped orange melon
1 cup chopped mango
fresh grated ginger
1/2 cup grated carrots
1 cup spinach
Blend and enjoy for breakfast before your day in the sun! Alternate your greens daily to avoid alkaloids: one day spinach, one day kale, one day chard and rotate.
After your smoothie, ground to the earth and reach to the sun with the asanas like the Tree pose.
